Due to the time-blocked nature of our relocation services, we do not offer refunds for missed, canceled, or no-show appointments without prior notice. Your time slot is reserved specifically for you, and preparation is often done in advance.
However, we are happy to reschedule your session at no charge if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
