3. Affiliate & Promotional Listings

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and following through on recommended tasks or plans. MMS is not responsible for client outcomes resulting from third-party services or client inaction.

All checklists, content, and branding are the property of MMS Relocating Consultant LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or delays incurred as a result of using our consulting services or third-party recommendations.
7. Payments & Fees
All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is due per the terms agreed upon during booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and promotional offers at any time.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms as needed. Clients and partners are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of our services indicates agreement to the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, FL.
